At the time of completion the Merlata Mall will be the biggest shopping mall in the area of Milano.
Making up a an area of 70,000 m² there will be: around 160 shops, 40 restaurants, multiplex cinemas, 10,000 m² of area for cultural activities, 20,000 m² of urban farm and a parking house for 3500 cars.
