Al Rashed hotel and residential complex is located right next to Al Rashed Mall in Al Khobar. There is a bridge connecting it to the mall. Complex has five residential buildings that are connected to each other from the upper floors and a hotel.
The whole frame of the building is designed with Peikko column connections with a very big amount of HPKM column shoes and bolts. Most of the other connections are designed with welding plate connections and Peikko has also manufactured these plates.
